Georgia's report card applauds the Brookwoood School District for their high performance!
The Governor’s Office of Student Achievement (GOSA) and the Georgia Department of Education (DOE) announced that 30 Gwinnett County public schools earned a spot on the state’s 2009-2010 K-12 Public Schools Scoreboard and Report Card, which highlights Georgia schools for academic achievement and improvement during the 2009-2010 school year. As the winner of the largest education award in the country, Gwinnett County Public Schools will receive $1 million in college scholarships for its high school students. The four finalist school districts will each receive $250,000 in scholarships for their students. Click to read more
